COMPLETE All FORMS!

  • Select "Forms" on the left menu. Complete releases and all required health and trip forms. Several "as needed" forms are available also (ie. prescription medication, alternate pickup, etc.)
  • You will need to upload a physical (CT Health Assessment record) that has been completed within 2 years of your camp dates. This is the standard form that your child's physician provides. A sample of it may be downloaded on the camper dashboard, but your child's physician already has it.
  • Bookmark your camper's dashboard. This will be the location your log back in at any time to complete forms, make payments, add a week of camp, etc.

Note: As a state registered camp, we are required to have all forms completed by the state. The state will visit and review our record keeping during the camp.

Backpack. Please label your camper’s backpack. The backpack should contain your camper's lunch box (with ice pack), morning snack, water bottle, sunscreen, and any other items needed. Please label the lunch box with your camper's first and last name.

Sunscreen. Have your camper apply sunscreen before they arrive. Please mark the bottle with your camper's first and last name. Your child will keep their sunscreen with them.

Water Bottle. Our camp will have water bottle filling stations. Campers will be encouraged to keep their water bottle filled, and to drink water throughout the day.

Shoes. All campers must bring a pair of closed-toe sneakers to wear for sports or designated activities. Campers should also bring footwear that can get wet and be used for less active events. Examples include crocs, sandals, and water shoes.

Bathing Suit and Towel. Camper's should plan to get wet each day. Bathing suits and towels will not be needed for all water activities, but it’s easiest to have them packed. You may also want to include an empty plastic bag to hold wet bathing suits and towels.

Lunch Box with Nutritious Lunch. Lunch is important. Kids are active and will be hungry by lunch time. Please label your camper's lunch box and include an ice pack. Lunches will be placed in a Team Lunch Bin at check-in and stored in the dining hall.

Morning Snack. Good ideas for morning snacks include fresh fruit, small granola bars, or frozen yogurt tubes. Snacks will remain in your camper's backpack. Our Adventure Camp team will provide an afternoon snack.

Guidelines for Phones. Though not recommended, campers are permitted to bring a phone at their own risk. Please note that cell service on the campus is spotty. Phones will not be permitted during most camp activities. Campers who need to sit out a scheduled activity will be required to be with their team and not on their phone. If phone guidelines are not followed, phones will be taken for the rest of the day.

First Day (8:45 a.m.)

On the first day, campers and parents/guardians should check in together at the check-in desk in front of the Dining Hall. Park in the parking lot and walk toward the “Welcome” flag. You’ll receive a camp T-shirt and be escorted by camp counselors to the stage where you’ll get to know other campers on your team as the camp begins.

Elementary Pick-up (4 p.m.)

Counselors during elementary camps are required to check out campers to an adult who is approved for pick-up. All adults picking kids up must present a driver's license or other form of legal photo identification. Please park your car and walk toward the Gazebo, where the teams will be waiting (we'll use the Dining Hall on rainy days). If a different adult is picking up your child, the parent/guardian must approve that individual by completing the “Alternate Adult Pickup Form," in the forms section on your camper dashboard.

Middle School Pick-up (4 p.m.)

Middle School students do not need to be checked out at the close of camp each day. Adults picking up should park in the parking lot; campers will find you when dismissed. Adults may also walk toward the Gazebo (or Dining Hall when raining) to connect with students or chat with a camp staff member.

Before-After Care

If you registered for Before-After Care, your campers may be dropped off as early as 7:30am and picked up at 5pm.

Need to Pick-up Early?

Campers needing to be picked up before the close of camp must be checked out at the camp office in the Dining Hall. For advanced notification of a pick-up, please email us at is adventure@pathwayct.org. If a student becomes ill and an unplanned pick-up occurs, parents/guardians should go to the camp office in the Dining Hall for check-out.
